Introduction
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Educate customers on products benefits
Duties & Responsibilities
Meet with key decision-makers and build relationships
Keep customer up to date on new products, and status of orders
Prepare reports for management on sales, lost orders and stock
Call on dormant customers and reactivate
Call on key account customer base
Territory management
Call cycle management
Customer needs analysis
Maintain product knowledge
Manage customer needs ie., stock, order delivery, and product pricing
Use CRM system
Be the liaison between the customers, management, and internal sales team
Meet agreed sales objective
Stock taking
Maintain customer visit sheets and customer information
Sales administration

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric
3+ years’ relevant sales experience
Able to meet set sales objectives
Experience selling to clients in the mining and engineering sectors
Willing to travel
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Professional
Strong time management skills
