Receptionist Johannesburg

We seek to employ the service of an experience receptionist who will be responsible for receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.

Duties

Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
Greeting all visitors.
Transferring calls as necessary.
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Receiving and dispatching deliveries.
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
Assisting the HR team with recruitment, on-boarding and termination processes.
